Worked example. A site with 250,000 agent events/month on Pro: CHF 159 base + CHF 30 events overage ((250,000 − 100,000) × 0.0002) = CHF 189/month. Same site with 25 typical replays: CHF 189 + 5 extra × ~CHF 13 = ~CHF 254/month.

A note on pricing
We priced Serge against what your team is already paying for Hotjar Growth and Lucky Orange Pro — same operations budget line. The free scanner is permanent because the scanner is how we earn the right to charge for monitoring.
PAYG sits on Pro because we think tier-hopping is friction. You should be able to grow event volume 10× without renegotiating your subscription. Agency exists because distributors and partner-managed e-commerce teams need a different shape — not because we want to sell SOC 2 PDFs to people who don't need them.

Pricing FAQ
What counts as an 'agent event'?
Any single event sent by the tracking snippet from a session classified as agent-driven. Pageviews, interactions, navigation transitions all count once each. Human sessions are detected and discarded client-side — they never count against your allowance.What happens when I exceed my plan's event allowance?
Pro and Agency have PAYG add-ons (CHF 0.20 per 1,000 events above the cap, billed on the next invoice). We never silently drop events or cut off your dashboard. Free tier has a hard 10,000/month limit; events beyond that are dropped.Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in two clicks; you keep access until the end of the billing period and then drop to Free. No phone call, no retention email loop.What about VAT / sales tax?
Tax is calculated automatically at checkout from your billing address. Swiss and EU VAT are itemized on the invoice. US customers should provide their state of business; tax applies where required.Do you offer annual contracts before Agency?
Yes. Toggle to Annual on the cards above for 17% off (≈ 2 months free). Annual billing is self-serve via Stripe and uses the same Customer Portal. Agency contracts are negotiated separately — different scope.How much does one Agent Journey Test cost?
Pro includes 20 AJTs per month. Above the cap, overage bills at ≈ CHF 13 per AJT (heavier tests can cost more — we meter Anthropic-weighted usage internally so customer billing tracks our actual cost-of-goods).
