Common questions

How do I connect Linear or Jira?

Go to Settings → Integrations and click “Connect” next to the service you want to add. You’ll be redirected to authorize read-only access via OAuth.

What data does serge read from my tools?

Serge syncs ticket metadata only: titles, statuses, labels, assignees, and project names. We operate in read-only mode and never modify your data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How accurate are the AI classifications?

Classification accuracy improves over time as you correct misalignments. Most teams see 80%+ accuracy after the first week of corrections. You can override any classification from the dashboard.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your goals, classifications, alignment scores, and briefing history at any time in JSON format. Contact support or use the Settings page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. PII is redacted before any data reaches our AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Our response commitment

We acknowledge all support requests within one business day. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. For urgent security matters, we respond within 4 hours during business hours (CET).
