Cancel a subscription

Use this form to end your Serge subscription, including ordinary cancellation or extraordinary cancellation for a stated reason. For ordinary cancellation, leaving the date empty requests the earliest available termination.

You can submit without logging in. Have your contract, invoice or account reference ready. We may need to verify identity before changing an account or issuing a refund.

Ending Serge does not stop advertising campaigns or spend at OpenAI. Manage those separately in your advertising account.

Use your contract confirmation ID, invoice number, subscription ID, or the email address used for the Serge account.

At the earliest available date if no date is specified.
